The main source of reservations is the participation in the club of large, international corporations and entities of German origin that have only branches in Poland. An example is the German firm Rödl & Partner, whose Polish subsidiary actively promotes itself as a member of the initiative. The presence of such large players, drawing on public funds, raises questions about the rationale for the financing and the effectiveness of such a platform, especially since these companies have long been operating on the German market and do not need support in entering it.

In the club's structure a clear dominance of large, international capital is visible. An example is the club's vice-president, a representative of the Unimot concern, which confirms the tendency to favour large firms at the expense of smaller, local entrepreneurs who most need real support in foreign expansion. Such a shape of the platform contrasts with the activities of German institutions such as German Trade and Invest (GTAI), which focus on economic patriotism and analyse the market with a view to supporting German exports.

Critics point to the lack of transparency in the club's functioning, particularly with regard to operating costs and the criteria for admitting members. The absence of clearly defined rules gives rise to concerns about whether the initiative actually serves the interests of Polish entrepreneurs, or rather the interests of foreign capital. In contrast to the German reports, which analyse the consumer habits of Poles in depth, the Polish platform appears not to have a similar discipline and precision of operation.

The Polish Business Club in Berlin, although officially established to support the development of Polish firms abroad, in practice increasingly appears as a platform connecting the interests of diplomacy, large corporations and foreign capital. The lack of a clear strategy and of financial transparency raises questions about its effectiveness and purposefulness. In the face of growing competition and the need for real support for smaller enterprises, this initiative requires deeper reflection and possible revision, so that it serves Polish economic interests exclusively.
