This initiative, managed by Marcin Król, is intended to serve as a platform of support for around 200–250 selected Polish companies operating on the demanding German market. The new advisory body sets itself the goal of facilitating the expansion of domestic entrepreneurs by providing specialist knowledge and making use of the tools of economic diplomacy.

An analysis of the composition of the governing bodies of the Polish Business Club points to a strong representation of big business with an international reach. The chairman of the board has become Przemysław Krochta, who heads MLP Group — a logistics giant with an international ownership structure. The decision-making bodies also include representatives of companies such as WB Electronics, Unimot and Enerconet. Such a selection of partners raises doubts as to whether the club will genuinely serve a broad spectrum of Polish entrepreneurship, or whether it will instead become an exclusive club.
